About
Three Tails Pet Care provides reliable, personalized care for pets in Fort Collins and surrounding areas. From daily walks to overnight stays, each service is tailored to fit a pet’s routine, needs, and personality.
With a strong background in animal care and ongoing studies in Animal Science, the focus is always on keeping pets safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
Our Story
Three Tails Pet Care was created from a lifelong passion for animals and years of hands-on experience caring for them. Growing up on the reservation, Kyra was surrounded by dogs, cats, and livestock, where she learned early on the importance of responsibility, patience, and proper animal care.
After serving five years in the United States Navy, Kyra chose to pursue a path working with animals — a passion deeply influenced by her grandfather, who instilled in her compassion, respect for animals, and the knowledge of how to properly care for them.
Kyra is currently pursuing a degree in Animal Science while continuing to build hands-on experience in pet care. Three Tails Pet Care allows her to provide dependable, one-on-one care while serving pets and their families in the local community.
Every pet is treated with the same level of care and attention as her own
— Korra, Mako, and Lexi 🐾
The Three Tails Pet Care logo is inspired by these three pets, who continue to be the heart behind the business.
Our Vision
The goal of Three Tails Pet Care is to provide dependable, stress-free care for pets while giving their owners peace of mind.
By focusing on personalized attention, clear communication, and consistency, the business aims to build lasting relationships with both pets and their owners.
As Three Tails Pet Care continues to grow, the vision is to expand services while maintaining the same level of trust, care, and reliability that every client and pet deserves.
